Things to see in Perugia
Umbria National Gallery, a national museum in Palazzo dei Priori. It contains the majority of umbrian art works and some of the most significative art works of Central Italy, from 13th to 19th century.
In front of Palazzo dei Priori, it is located the Fontana Maggiore: a masterpiece of medieval sculpture, situated in the centre of IV Novembre Square, it is the symbol monument of the entire city of Perugia.
At the other side of the square you will see the Perugia Cathedral, also known as San Lorenzo Cathedral, built in 1345 a.D.
Other possible things to see in Perugia are the Rocca Paolina, the Umbrian National Archeological Museum, San Pietro Abbey, Palazzo della Penna Museum and the Church of San Michele Arcangelo.
