Visit Gubbio

An extraordinary medieval village, one of the most famous umbrian cities, mostly know for the Festa dei Ceri.

Things to see in Gubbio

As many other umbrian cities it is the totality of alleys, squares and palaces that makes Gubbio an incredible destination to visit.

The complex consisting of Palazzo dei Consoli, Palazzo Pretorio and Piazza Grande is maybe the most characteristic and loved location of the city.

The roman amphitheater, located further down than the old town, with its capacity of 6000 people, is one of the most important remains of the roman presence in the ancient village of Iguvium

Other possible destinations you would love to see in Gubbio are Palazzo Ducale, Palazzo del Bargello, the Matti Fountain, the Duomo, San Francesco Church and the Sant’Ubaldo Cathedral, which is reachable using a funicular railway which stops on Monte Ingino.
